Up against a transportation juggernaut, Hailo needed a way to garner some attention around a fairly functional message without spending massive media dollars. The solution: a strategically aligned spokesperson who just happened to have a penchant for making noise for the little guy. With Jimmy McMillan at the helm we shared a simple message: the rates are too damn high, so we lowered them.
